Self Progression & Improvements
Since the beginning of the PFC course at Medix, I have experienced growth not only in my physical performance but mental as well. I have increased my cardio and am constantly working on my core and upper body strength. Each time a new personal best is set my goal is to better it in the future. It is attitudes like this that I have acquired since starting this program and that will help keep me motivated. Other positive habits I am taking seriously are sleeping patterns and a well balanced diet. I am always learning from others and willing to improve myself. To engage in self improvement is one of the most gratifying things a person can experience. It leads to higher confidence levels and a greater feeling of self worth. Goals for my future fitness career are to run in some 5&10km races in the spring and greatly improve my upper body and core strength. By doing so I hope to achieve balance in my anterior and posterior muscles.
